All of our products are made to order. All bags are hand stitched to order tagged in packaged. All of our bags are subject to a turnaround time that varies per collection. Turnaround times do not include shipping time. Shipping from UPS will vary and shipping estimates at checkout or just an estimate and not a guarantee. You will receive email updates for your order as it is being processed. When you receive an email saying That a label was created for your order. This means that we have started stitching your bag.
