This cross body is similar to a Lululemon in size and almost identical in quality style and detail to their Crossbody purse.

it has a main zipper to access the main part of the Crossbody purse. That also has multiple mesh pockets inside. As well as a coin zipper pocket on the back outside of the purse. It is adjustable strap.
