Private Hat Bar parties are perfect for any occasion. From a girls/moms day or special occasions such as bachelorette parties, birthdays and holiday celebrations.
Private Parties are a 5 hat minimum to host. Hats range in price from $95-$225. Charlie Maree Co. brings in different hats on a weekly basis. Constantly rotating styles brands, materials and pricing. Every week is a different lot of hats. Everything new in fresh. Hats are a variety of materials such as genuine wool,felt, polyblend and straw. Ranging in different styles and brim shapes. All hats are an average one size fits most. Adjustable inner brim. So hats can be made to fit smaller. The Hat cost includes all of the customizations done that day. Making each hat one of a kind.
The estimated headcount is do one week prior, so Charlie Maree Co can have inventory ready.
It is a one hour prior set up time. The duration of the event depends on how many hats are being completed. Each hat varies in timeframe.
There’s also one hour after for breakdown.
Hats are paid for the day of the event. Tax will be added to the tagged price.
Booking a Private Party is super easy. There is a $75 non refundable and non transferable booking fee. The Booking fee will confirm a hold on the date and time you have selected. This fee doesn’t go towards purchases the day of.
There is a travel fee outside of a 10 mile radius from Charlie Maree Co. Travel fees will be calculated and added to your booking fee during scheduling and confirmation. Booking is done with square and will send invoicing to your email provided.
